摘 要:本文介绍了现存的河流生态功能评价的多种方法以及水利工程经济效益评价所包括的内容,这两种评价都是以评分的方式表达的。本文在此基础上提出了对于工程经济效益与生态功能进行综合评价的数学方法。首先建立综合评估矩阵,然后对于全部矩阵元素按照人类社会和生态系统需求的双重准则进行区域划分,在确定矩阵元素下标后,对评价对象进行状态定位,从而获得综合评价结果。文中还给出了算例。hydraulic expressed The existing assessment systems for ecological function of rivers and economic benefit of engineering are introduced. It is pointed out that the results of both assessment systems are by scores. On this basis, a mathematical method for comprehensively assessing both the economic benefit and ecological function is proposed. In this method, a matrix of comprehensive assessment is established and then the elements of the matrix are classified according to the criterion of social development of mankind and ecological demand respectively. After the subscripts of the elements are identified the state of the objective is defined and the comprehensive assessment result can be obtained. An example is given for demonstration.
