摘 要:研究了铝对苜蓿初生根伸长的影响,结果表明:苜蓿初生根对铝高度敏感,在铝胁迫下表现为根尖弯曲、肿胀、褐化及根尖黏液分泌减少,在pH 4.5条件下,3μm o l/L A lC l3处理8 h对苜蓿初生根伸长的抑制率超过50%;铝可以抑制苜蓿初生根根尖胞壁的自分解反应;提高钙浓度不仅能有效缓解铝对苜蓿初生根伸长的胁迫,还可完全消除铝对根尖胞壁自分解反应的抑制作用。Effects of aluminum (Al) on alfalfa primary root were investigated by different ways of experiment, the results indicated that alfalfa primary root was high sensitive to Al, and Al was stress factor to the elongation of alfalfa primary root. The symptoms by Al induced were curvature, turgot, brown in root apical, and less secretion from root tip. At pH 4.5, elongation of alfalfa primary root treated with 3μmol/L AlCl3 for 8 h was inhibited by more than 50%. Al could inhibit cell wall autolytic activity. Additional calcium could not only alleviate Al stress on primary root effectively, but also alleviate completely the inhibition of cell wall autolysis exposed to Al.
