摘 要:研制出一种新型Ni-Cu-P/MoS2电刷镀固体润滑复合镀层。对影响镀层耐磨性的因素进行了正交设计;包括镀液中铜盐、次亚磷酸盐、二硫化钼及刷镀电压。对得到的9种镀层,进行了摩擦磨损试验,测量其磨损量及摩擦系数,最终优化出最佳的Ni-Cu-P/MoS2镀层及相应的镀液。还对镀层的相结构及成分进行了测试,讨论了它们对镀层耐磨性的影响。结果表明,镀层中一定量的铜及亚稳间隙相对改善镀层的耐磨性及减磨性具有重要作用。MoS2 is used as a solid lubricant in the Ni-Cu-P/MoS2 composite layer. The layer with the lowest wear volume and friction coefficient was optimized by cross-cut method.Four factors have been chosen from many factors which were effective on the wear resistance of the layer, which were CuSO4, Na2HPO4, MoS2 and operating voltage. Their levels in cross-cut method were determined by the experiment. Nine layers with different composition were plated according to the result of cross-cut method. Every layer was tested on a 'ring on block' testing machine under some loads and sliding speeds. As a result, the wear volume and friction coefficient of each layer were obtained and compared with each other subsequently. So an Ni-Cu-P/MoS2 layer with the lowest wearing volume and the lowest friction coefficient and corresponding brush plating solution are determined. The phase structure of layers was analysed by X-ray diffraction and their compositions are analysed by EDX. The result indicated that the presence of some quantity of copper and metallic compounds in the layers is beneficial to reduce the wear volume and decrease the friction coefficient.
