摘 要:对相间合成绝缘间隔棒受压时稳定性问题进行了研究,确定了相间合成绝缘间隔棒临界载荷Pcr的计算公式。并用初始后屈曲理论和试验证明了相间合成绝缘间隔棒在受压载荷P≥Pcr时仍具有稳定的后屈曲性态。提出了相间合成绝缘间隔棒新的设计概念,完全改变了传统线性理论为基础的设计方法。并把新的设计概念应用到我国第一条220kV紧凑型线路安-廊线的相间合成绝缘间隔棒的设计,线路已经运行。设计的间隔棒具有重量轻,柔性好,价格低等优点。This paper studies stable problem of the phase to phase composite spacer underthe compressive load. The theoretical calculation formula of the critical load of the phase tophase composite spacer has been deduced, which is proved right by the experimental study.Both theoretical and experimental studies show that the post buckling behaviours of thephast to phase composite spacer are stable when the compressive load (P) is equal to or larger than critical load (Pcr). The new designing method of the phase to phase composite spacerbased on nonlinear buckling theory is proposed, which fully changes the classical designmethod based on linear theory. The new design method has been applied to develop the220 kV phase to phase composite spacer for An-Lang 220 kV compact line which is thefirst compact line in China, therefore I the de,Veloped phase to phase composite spacer has advantages of the lighter weight, low price, etc.
