摘 要:在自行设计的常压氢氧混合气体内循环装置上,研究了Pd和Pd-V改性的Hβ分子筛在苯与氢和氧反应中的催化性能.结果表明,Pd/Hβ的催化活性很低;然而,当它进一步用钒氧化物改性后,则苯酚生成速率显著增加,有关钒氧化物的促进作用可用一个协同催化机理来合理解释.此外,反应介质对苯酚生成也有明显的影响.冰乙酸加适量的水作溶剂,不仅苯酚的选择性高(>99%),而且其生成速率相对冰乙酸为溶剂而言也提高了一倍.The preparation of phenol from benzene and H2-O2 catalyzed by zeolite beta modified by Pd or Pd-V was studied through H2-O2 mixture inner-circulated equipment designed by us. The results showed that the catalytic activity of Pd/Hβ for phenol was very low. However, the formation rate of phenol was obviously increased as Pd/Hβ was further modified by vanadium oxide. The reasonable explanation for the improvement of vanadium oxide was proposed with the harmonious catalytic mechanism. Besides, the reaction media had very important influences on phenol formation. When glacial acid containing proper amount of H2O was used as reaction solvent, not only phenol selectivity was very high ( 〉 99% ) ,but also the rate of formation of phenol could be doubled compared to using glacial acid solvent.
