摘　　要：民事中间判决,是指在民事诉讼审理还未达到终局判决的阶段,法院为准备作出终局判决,而事先解决当事人之间有关本案或者诉讼程序的某争点的判决。中间判决制度有助于法院在错综复杂的案件中正确作出终局性判决。拟对中间判决的价值及功能进行探讨,以期对我国的有力借鉴。The civil case sentences in the center is a stage to point the final judgment which hasn＇t taken up in the civil case in court, the court is for preparing to make the final judgment, but solve in advance the party concerned concerning a case or litigation procedure of some the verdict that order. Sentence in the center the system is beneficial to the court in complex case the exactitude makes the outcome sentences. This text intends to in the center value and functions that sentences proceed the study, with period to our country of emollient draw lessons from.
