摘　　要：通过阐述网络环境下图书馆信息资源的建设与分类及分析体育院校图书馆网络现状和用户的特点,提出了搞好体育院校图书馆信息建设不仅要做好现实馆藏的建设,还要大力开发网络信息资源,建设虚拟馆藏,同时还要加强图书馆人员队伍的建设。By illustrating the development and category of library information sources under network environment, analyzing the present situation of network and the users＇ characteristics of library of physical education institution, the author poses the plan of how to develop the library of physical education institution： making improvement of real collection of books, exploiting network information sources to build virtual collection of books, and enhancing the quality of library staff.
