摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定了尤曼桉的叶片和树皮中的芦丁含量．色谱条件为：流动相冰醋酸：甲醇：水=3.5：50.49，检测波长为355nm，此法简单、快速、准确。测定结果表明尤曼桉树皮的芦丁含量很低，叶片芦丁含量在3％～21％之间，不同单株和不同叶龄差异明显。Contents of rutin in leaf and bark of Eucalyptus Youmanii were determined by using HPLC. The chromatography conditions were： mobile phase consisting of glacial acetic acid, methanol and water （3 ： 49 ： 48）; UV detection wave at 355 nm. The method was simple, rapid and accurate. The results showed that contents of rutin in bark were lower, and that in leaf were from 3% to 21%, the differences were obvious among individuals or among various ages of leaves.
