摘　　要：对外直接投资是当今经济全球化的重要内容。本文以海外直接投资理论为依据,全面分析决定对外投资的主要动因及条件,并通过对中国对外直接投资的现状分析,结合我国经济发展的需要、我国产业国际竞争的现实条件及我国企业海外直接投资所面临的实际问题。Oversea investment is the major contain of today＇s economics＇ globalization. This paper, on the base of oversea investment theory, analyses the major motions and regiments of enterprises oversea investment and provides our country＇s oversea investments＇ direction and strategy, by analyzing of our country＇s overseas investment current situation, considering our country＇s enterprises＇ international competition and their issues.
