摘　　要：阐述了数字鸿沟的概念,分析了西部地区数字鸿沟的现状,指出高校图书馆是消除数字鸿沟的重要力量,并探讨了缩小数字鸿沟的措施。This paper expounds the concept of the digital gap, analyzes on the present situation of the digital gap in the western region, s, points out that the university library is the important power of removing the digital gap, and probes into some measures for narrowing the digital gap.
