石榴种内不同居群酯酶(EST)同工酶酶谱特征分析

摘　　要：对栽培于同一生境的6个石榴居群同一生长期叶片中酯酶(EST)同工酶酶谱进行了比较分析,结果表明:EST同工酶酶谱在各居群间,甚至在同一居群内除少数共有的特征谱带外,其余的存在较明显的频率差异.石榴各居群EST酶带总共有10条,分为3大酶区,A区带有酶谱2条,B区带有酶谱4条,C区带有酶谱4条.其中A区的E1、E2,B区的E5和C区的E9为各居群所共有的特征谱带,顺序为较强与最强带.We analysed and compared the esterase isodynamic enzyme zymogram of the same growth phase blade＇s for six pomegranate populations which were cultivated in the same habitat. The results indicated that the frequency of the esterase isodynamic enzyme zymogram among different populations even in one population was obviously existing except few common characteristic zymogram. The pomegranate intraspecific different population＇s. There were tame of esterase isodynamic enzyme zymogram bands whick in cluding three regons, thes, two brmds in the A region, four bamds showed on populations were the darker bands to E1 and E： in A region,the E3 of B region, and the darkest band to E9 in C region.
