摘　　要：叙述了鞍钢集团鞍山矿业公司齐大山选矿厂(齐选)改造以来供矿、生产情况、生产中存在的问题及如何适应矿石性质提高应变能力、改进工艺中不适应矿石性质的因素,使工艺指标达到设计水平。The status of ore supply and the problems existed in beneficiation process after re-construction of the plant are explained. The ways to increase case-adapting ability and to remove factors not conforming to ore properties are discussed for the goal that the designed process indexes are achieved.
