摘 要:用场解吸质谱测定了预中间相和潜在中间相沥青及其在制备过程中分子量的分布,并与一般热处理制备的中间相沥青的分子量分布进行了比较.结果表明,预中间相和潜在中间相沥青分子量的分布窄,主要集中在700~1200,而一般热处理制备的中间相沥青分子量的分布宽,主要集中在800~1500.要制备分子量分布窄的纺丝沥青,用于加氢的原料中间相沥青的分子量分布要窄,且分子量大于1200的分子要少.Molecular weight distribution of pre - and dormant-mesophase pitches was mea-sured by the Field Desorption Mass Spectrometer (FDMS). The molecular weight distribu-tion of pre - and dormant- mesophase pitches was compared with that of common mesophasepitches produced through simple thermal treatment. The results showed that the molecularweight distribution of pre - and dormant - mesophase pitches is narrow, mainly between 700- 1200, that of common mesophase pitches is wide, mainly between 800 - 1500. Whenmesophase pitches with narrow molecular weight distribution is to be prepared through hy-drogenation, we need the molecular weight distribution of pitches which are to be used as hy-drogenation feedstocks is also to be narrow. The maximum molecular weight of pitches to beused as hydrogenation feedstocks needs to be below 1200, otherwise, the hydrogenation willbe difficult, the yield will be low.
