摘  要:针对入口构件后设备主分离区流场中存在严重的一次涡流和二流涡流现象,首次在重力式油水分离设备中引入整流构件的概念,并对提出的数种典型整流构件,按其对设备主分离区流场的影响,应用PIV技术进行了系统的模拟实验优选研究.Because of the serious vortexes (primary and secondary) in the main separation re-gion behind the input components in gravitational oil and water separators, the flow regulat-ing components idea has been introduced for the first time. In order to improve the flow con-ditions in the equipment, three typical kinds of flow regulating components have been studiedin this work with the PIV technique. The results indicate that the application of flow regulat-ing components in gravitational oil-water separators can effectively improve the flow and sep-aration characteristics of the equipment and a much better flow regulating structure has beensuggested in this paper.
