摘　　要：通过对四川省篮球后备人才的培养现状的调查,发现存在的问题,分析了建设后备人才基地的紧迫性,并进一步对构建后备人才基地体系进行了具体深入的研究,以促进四川省篮球竞技运动的可持续性发展。Through investigating the current cultivating situation of reserved basketball talents in Sichuan province, the paper finds out the existing problems, It analyzes the urgency of constructing reserved talents base and carries concrete and deep research on constructing reserved talents base system to promote sustainable development of basketball competitive sports in Sichuan province.
