十运会散打比赛高频率组合动作运用研究

摘　　要：通过对“十运会”散打比赛录像进行解析统计,着重对比赛中的高频率组合技术的运用现状进行研究,分析其运用情况和运用特点,提示制定训练计划时要以高频组合动作为主;教练员应选用或自己创编高频组合动作。Through investigating the video of ＂the 10th National Games＂ and carrying research on current situation of applying high frequency combined movements in competition, the paper analyzes its application situation and characteristic and reveals intrinsic regularity. It will provide scientific reference on pertinent and scientific development of Sanda training and theory construction.
