摘 要:目的探讨脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞自由基损伤的保护作用。方法腹腔注射链脲酶素制作糖尿病大鼠模型。用不同剂量脂糖舒(0.5g/kg和1.0g/kg)灌胃,连续8周,并取健康大鼠作正常对照。8周后,测定各组大鼠血清葡萄糖(G lu)、胰岛素(Ins)和胰岛组织的丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性并计算胰岛指数。结果大剂量脂糖舒组血清Ins含量和胰岛组织SOD活性显著增高;血清G lu和胰岛组织MDA含量显著降低,且升高SOD活性和降低血清G lu和胰岛组织MDA含量的作用优于其小剂量组。结论脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞自由基损伤有明显的保护作用和促进胰岛素分泌的作用。Objective To study the protective effects of Zhitangshu (ZTS)On islet β cells injury of diabetic rats caused by free radicals. Methods The diabetic model was established by abdominal injection of streptozotocin (50mg/kg) in rats. Then,different doses of ZTS 0.5g/kg in ZTS-1 group and 1.0g/kg in ZTS-2 group were respectively perfused into stomach for 8 weeks, and healthy rats were used as control. After 8 weeks, the contents of Glucose ( Glu), Insulin (Ins) in serum and malondialdehyde (MDA) in islet tissues and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in islet tissues were detected and the islet index was counted. Results (1)The contents of,Ins and the activity of SOD and islet index were obviously increased, but Glu was decreased in ZTS-2 group(P 〈0.05 -0.01 vs diabetic control group). (2)The effects of increasing SOD as well as of decreasing Glu and MDA in ZTS-2 group were better than that in ZTS-1 group. Conclusion ZTS has obvious effects of promoting insulin secretion and protecting islet β cells injury of diabetic rats caused by free radicals.
