摘　　要：回溯历史,探究现在,展望未来,人与自然的关系经历了“正”、“反”、“合”三个阶段。试图从生态批评的视角分析美国作家杰克.伦敦著名的短篇小说《北方的奥德赛》,小说中的三位主要人物恰好代表了人类发展进程中人与自然的三种关系。这一生态解读对如何实现人与自然和谐关系有着极大的现实意义。Looldng back on the past, probing into the present and looking into the future, we see the three stages of human- nature relationship： the Positive, the Negative and the Cooperative. This paper tries to analyze through an ecoeritical perspective ＂ An Odyssey of the North＂ by the American writer Jack London. The three major characters of the short story represent respectively the three kinds of human - nature relationships. An ecoeritical reading of ＂ An Odyssey of the North＂ is of practical significance to the achievement of a harmonious relationship between man and nature.
