完善四川省农村社会保障制度的研究

摘　　要：本文首先从农村传统保障功能减弱、与城镇社会保障的差距拉大以及全面建设小康社会和构建和谐四川的需要的角度分析建立完善四川省农村社会保障制度的必要性,进而揭示出存在主要问题和原因,基于以上的分析,提出建立完善四川社会保障制度的基本思路和政策建议。In this essay, from the viewpoint of weakening the rural traditional insurance function, widening the disparity in comparison with the urban social security and constructing an all -round well-off society and harmonious Sichuan, it is necessary to establish and perfect rural social security system in Sichuan Province and then reveal the main problem and analyze the present reason, and on the basis of the above-mentioned analysis, finally put forward basic way of thinking and policy suggestion which establish and perfect the rural social security system in Sichuan.
