摘　　要：小麦叶片中叶绿体细胞分裂素结合蛋白的定位张华敏，刘愚，王美琪，沈允钢（中国科学院上海植物生理研究所，上海２０００３２）关键词：小麦叶片细胞，ＣＴＫ结合蛋白，放射自显影，胶体金自从Ｂｅｒｒｉｄｇｅ等（１９７０）首次在高等植物的核糖体上发现了细胞分裂素（...The localization of CTK-bindingprotein in cells of wheat leaves was investigated using autoradiography andimmuno-gold labelling technique.Electron microscope autoradiographsshowed that silver grains (3H-6BA )were localized only at the thylakoidmembanes of chloroplasts. Immunogold localization showed that in wheatleaf cells, gold particles were mainlyassociated to chloroplasts, where theywere concentrated' in the thylakoidmembranes. These factS suggest thatthe chloroplast CTK-binding protein isrestricted to the thylakoid membranesof wheat chloroplasts.
