南贵昆经济区区域合作的障碍与对策分析

摘　　要：在经济全球化与区域经济一体化日益深化的背景下,区域合作和发展已经成为当今世界主流。南贵昆经济区是西部地区“南翼”的一个重点开发区域,是我国区域经济格局中不可缺少的组成部分。然而自西部大开发以来,由于经济区自身经济发展水平落后,产业专业化程度低,加之行政区划、体制、交通基础设施等的制约,该区域的合作仍然处于一种启而未动的局面,有必要通过区域内成员省区产业分工与合作体系的建立,推动南贵昆经济区区域合作的进程。Under the background of the two trends, the economic globalization and the union of economies, the inter- regional cooperation and development have become the main stream in the world nowadays. The Nan-Gui-Kun economic region（NGKER） plays an important role as the western exploitation＇ s ＂South Ala＂, which is an indispensable part in our regional economic pattern. However, since the beginning of the western exploitation, because of the slow economic developing speed, the lower industry specialization degree, and other constraints such as the administrative divisions, institutions, traffic infrastructure, etc, the Nan-Gui-Kun regional cooperation is still stuck in a slowly developing situation. Therefore it is necessary to build up the industry division and cooperation system for each province in the economic region, in order to advance the proeess of the NGK regional cooperation.
