原发性高血压与抗心磷脂抗体及高敏C-反应蛋白相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)与抗心磷脂抗体(ACA-IgG、IgM)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的相关关系。方法选取EH患者126例(检验组),其中1级EH患者50例(检1组),2、3级EH患者76例(检2组),健康者45例(对照组)。定量检测血清ACA-IgG、ACA-IgM、hs-CRP水平;并测量血压。比较组间各指标的差异性,并对ACA-IgG、ACA-IgM、hs-CRP分别与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)进行相关性检验。结果检1组较对照组、检2组平均血清ACA-IgG、hs-CRP水平均显著升高(P<0.01和P<0.05);检验组较对照组平均血清ACA-IgM水平显著升高(P<0.01)。相关性分析显示在检验组血清ACA-IgG、hs-CRP水平分别与SBP、DBP呈显著正相关(P<0.01);ACA-IgG与hs-CRP也呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论血清hs-CRP和ACA-IgG、IgM共同参与EH的发生,且血压升高与hs-CRP和ACA-IgG升高相伴随。血清hs-CRP和ACA-IgG、IgM水平长期升高对EH的发生有预报作用。Objective To investigate the correlation between essential hepertension （EH） and serum levels of highsensitive C reactive protein （hs-CRP） and anticardiolipin antibody （ACA）-IgG,IgM. Methods 126 patients（test group） with EH that including 50 patients （test 1 group） with EH of 1 class and 76 patients （test 2 group） with EH of 2,3 class, and 45 health person （control group） were studied.Serum levels of hs-CRP and ACA-IgG, ACA-IgM were measured and Blood pressure were examined that difference between the test 1 group and control group as well as test 2 group were compared.The correlative test was conducted between serum levels of hs-CRP as well as ACA-IgG,ACA-IgM and systolic pressure （SBP）as well as diastolic pressure （DBP） respectively. Results The average serum levels of hs-CRP and ACA-IgG were significantly higher in test 1 group than control group and in test 2 group than test 1 group （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）.The serum levels of ACA-IgM was significantly higher in test group than control group （P〈0.01）.The correlative test showed that the serum levels of ACA-IgG and hs-CRP were positively correlated separately to SBP and DBP in test group,and the serum levels of ACA-IgG was significantly correlated to hs-CRP too. Conclusion The serum of ACA-IgG,ACA-IgM and hs-CRP were together accede to occurrence of EH.Furthermore the rise of blood pressure were accompany with the increase of serum levels of ACA-IgG and hs-CRP.The serum levels of ACA-IgG,ACA-IgM and hs-CRP increase of long duration be able to forecast of occurrence of EH.
