摘　　要：对年产2万吨工业硝酸钾装置工程设计做了初步总结,对国内外多种硝酸钾生产工艺进行了分析对比,阐述了真空结晶生产硝酸钾,二效蒸发浓缩一次母液的工艺技术方案的设计特点。This article makes a brief generalization of the design of 20kt/a industrial potassium nitrate project. It also analyzes and compares various approaches of potassium nitrate production process, both domestically and internationally. It discusses the vacuum crystallization approach of potassium nitrate production and relates the designing features of primary mother liquor condensed by two-effect countercurrent flow evaporation technique,and issues the vacuum crystallization approach with external circulation agitation.
