摘 要:小电流接地系统单相接地故障电流小,弧光接地故障保护精度以及可靠性差.通过测量各馈线相电流采样值变化量的相间差值来实现接地保护,当相间差值大于整定值的采样点数超过一定数时,判断为接地故障,并完成馈线接地保护装置的研制.EMTP仿真分析和动模实验表明,该方法具有抗弧光能力强、保护精度与可靠性高等特点.Traditional ground fault protection has poor precision and reliability to detect arc-grounding fault in ineffectively earthed distribution systems because of small fault current. A novel grounding fault protection based on the sampled current difference between phases is presented in the paper. When the sampling number with the current difference bigger than its threshold is larger than a setting value, ground fault can be detected. The protector is also developed. And it has been verified by EMTP simulations and dynamic power system experimentations. Results show that the protection is free from the impact of arc-grounding faults, and has high sensitivity and reliability to protect all kinds of ground faults.
