摘　　要：针对目前频繁出现的公众人物状告媒体的官司,笔者就媒体与明星隐私权的问题进行了浅析。分别从明星隐私权是否应该受到保护、明星与媒体之间的官司缘何不断以及如何避免官司出现三个方面加以分析,试图提出解决问题的办法。Based on the lawsuits frequently coming up between public persons and medium, this paper analyses the relationship between media and the right of privacy of stars from three aspects as to whether the privacy of stars should be protected, why there are increasing lawsuits coming up between public persons and medium, and how they can be avoided. Finally this paper presents some methods to resolve this problem.
