摘　　要：黄土梁金矿以矿带宽大、延长稳定、矿体密集而著称．但深部钻探却未打到矿体，以致于探矿一度陷入困境．通过对矿区成矿控矿构造的详细研究，发现矿区成矿控矿构造为一陡倾（80°～90°／N∠70°-85°）的韧性剪切带．在该韧性剪切带上盘发育一系列与韧性剪切带呈入字型相交的近直立次级断裂，韧性剪切带的深切沟通了深部来自地幔热柱的含矿流体，在一定的温度、压力等条件控制下，含矿流体沿韧性剪切带向上运移，并沿途萃取部分围岩中的成矿元素，在上盘断裂中沉淀、聚集成矿，早期勘探深部不果的原因是矿带南部北倾钻孔打到了韧性剪切带之下，故没有矿体；而矿带北部南倾钻孔只打到了浅部矿体，因深部矿体赋存位置偏低尚未出露，钻孔穿过韧性剪切带之后自然无矿体，根据控矿构造产状，从深部布置向北的穿脉，打到多个新的盲矿体，且矿体厚大，矿区东部外围区勘查证实，在30～98线大间距工程控制矿体基本连续，金品位较高．Huangtuling gold deposit is celebrated for its wide, long mineralized zones, and closely spaced orebodies. But deepseated orebody is not drilled in this field. After oreforming and orecontrolling structures analysed, listric ductile shear zones with E-W strike and high angle （80°～90°/N∠70°-85°） are found to be the main ore-forming and controlling structures in Huangtuliang field. A series of subsidiary fracture form on the hanging mall of the listric ductile shear zones, both intersect as small angle. The deep dissected ductile shearing zones link up deep orebearing fluid derived mantle plume. Together with the magma, they move up along the ductile shear zone, and extract some oreforming elements in mall rocks. When oxidized precipitation meet with upwelling hydrothermal fluid in structural expending zone, the variation of the physicochemical state makes Au and Ag, precipitated and concentrated in favorable structures on hanging wall. Early exploration failure is that drill hole of toward N dip in south ore belts drilled under ductile shear zone, The understanding of oreforming and orehousing finds new blind orebodies in this field. This field is imbued with good exploration prospects. Research in the eastern Huangtuliang field proves that orebodies in No. 30 to No. 98 exproation lines is basic sequence and gold tenor is high.
