摘　　要：以AT89C51双CPU为核心设计了逻辑分析仪,包括数字信号发生模块、8路逻辑信号采集模块、8路波形显示和存储模块.实验结果证明该仪器运行可靠,可对数据信号进行采集、调整、处理、判断和显示,能完成数字系统的逻辑分析,是一种经济适用的测试仪器.Logic analyzer is always used in digital system at an expensive price. A kind of economical logic analysis instrument based on AT89C51 single chip is introduced. The system is constituted of 2 CPU, a digital signal producing module, a collecting module of 8-channel logic signals, a displaying and saving module of 8- channel logic signals. The test of the system indicates that the instrument has multiple functions： collecting, saving, judgement and management while credible and steady.
