摘  要:本文首先建立了大型水轮发电机定子三维温度场的数学模型和物理模型,给出了边界条件和假设条件,同时也给出了求解域内的流场计算模型,采用有限体积法计算了通风沟内流体分布,得出了求解域内各表面散热系数。在此基础上,采用有限元法计算了排间绝缘故障时的定子温度场,并分析了导热系数的变化对温度场的影响,得出了一些有益的结果,为电机设计人员和运行人员提供一定的依据。In this paper, mathematical model and physical model of stator 3D temperature field of large hydrogenerator were established firstly. Then boundary conditions and assumptions were given. Also the fluid field calculation model was given. The fluid distribution inside ventilation ducts was computed using finite volume method (FVM). Each surface heat transfer coefficient of solved region was gained. On the above basis, the stator temperature fields were calculated using finite element method (FEM) when row insulations were fault, the effect of heat transfer coefficient on temperature field were analysed, and some useful results were got, which offer some certain basis for machine designers and power plant operators.
