摘 要:介绍了支持发电集团与下属电厂协调运作,以及辅助参与市场竞争的电力市场管理系统的整体结构、功能组成和系统运作流程。系统分为集团主站系统和电厂子站系统2部分。集团主站系统部署在发电集团公司,完成各类市场交易、电厂运行,集团公司内部管理系统的数据收集、整理和分析,以及市场预测、竞价决策和风险评估等各种业务功能,通过信息发布等多种形式向集团公司内部网和下属各个电厂提供接入。部署在各个电厂的子站系统主要完成市场信息和电厂运行信息以及电厂各机组的成本分析、竞价决策、交易管理和结算管理。采用基于J2EE架构的系统实现方式。该系统已在华东区域电力市场投入运行。The infrastructure, functions and operation flow of power provider oriented electricity market management system are introduced, by which the collaboration is supported between power groups and their power plants for assisting bidding decisionmaking in electricity market. The system consists of two subsystems. One is deployed at power provider group company, and its main functions include collection, process and analysis of information from transaction management, power plant operation and inner production and management system, market parameter forecasting, bidding decision-making, risk evaluation and services providing for authorized users in power provider groups and their power plants. The other is deployed at power plants, and its main functions include information collection of electricity market and power plant operation, cost analysis, bidding decision-making and settlement management. The presented power provider group oriented electricity market management system is implemented based on J2EE software architecture, and has been put into use in East China regional electricity market.
