摘 要:为了解决钢铁材料的耐磨自润滑问题,研究了钢铁材料化学镀镍协合含氟聚合物涂层技术。首先,采用化学镀的方法,在钢铁表面制备化学镀镍层,然后进行扩孔处理,并引入功能性氟聚合物,通过真空精密热处理改性,最终形成协合涂层。涂层显微维氏硬度HV(0.5N):680~850,动摩擦因数小于0.15,具有干膜润滑性能,耐5%中性盐雾试验500h,综合性能优异。采用SEM、x-ray能谱分析等对涂层的组织结构进行了观察和分析,探讨了协合机理。For solving anti-wear and self-lubrication problem of steel and iron, the synergistic fluoropolymer coating on steel and iron is studied. By electroless plating, electroless nickel plating layer is firstly formed on surface of steel and iron. Then its micropores are enlarged, the fluoropolymer particles are infused into micropores, by nice vacuum heat treating, finally the synergistic coating is formed. The hardness of the coating reaches 680 -850HV0.5N, the dynamic coefficient of friction of the coating is less than 0.15, and having the permanent dry lubrication. It can endure 5% neutral salt spraying test for 500 hours. The synthesis performances are excellent. Also the organizations and conformations of the coating are observed and studied by SEM and R-ray energy spectrum analysis. And synergistic mechanism is also discussed .
