摘 要:目的:观察肉仔鸡饮用不同浓度复方杜仲口服液(以杜仲、黄芪、连翘为主要成分)对肉鸡生产性能和免疫器官发育的影响.方法:选择AA肉雏鸡400只随机均分4组(每组设A、B重复组),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别为低(0.25%)、中(0.50%)、高(1.00%)浓度复方杜仲口服液组,Ⅳ组为对照组,药物处理组以自由饮水方式连续给药21 d,对照组饮用自来水,观察其对肉鸡的增重、成活率、脾指数、法氏囊指数的影响,结果:7~21日周龄实验鸡体重增加、成活率提高、料肉比降低7日龄低浓度组脾指数和法氏囊指数较对照组均有提高(P〈0.01);14日中、高剂量组脾指数和法氏囊指数均低于对照组(P〈0.05);三周龄各组试验鸡脾指数均高于对照组(P〈0.05);法氏囊指数低浓度组高于对照组(P〈0.05)、高剂量组低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:不同浓度复方杜仲口服液对肉仔鸡的生产性能均有良好的作用。400 AA broilers were randomly selected and divided into 4 groups, group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were given compound Eucommia ulmoides oral liquid (CEOL), which was extracted from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. , Radix Astragali and Forsythia Suspensa, at low concentration (0. 25% ), medium one (0. 50% ), and high one ( 1.00% ) by free drinking for 3 weeks, respectively, while group Ⅳ was as control. Then the effects of CEOL on bodyweight gain, survival rate, spleen index and thymus index of broilers were determined. The result showed that the bedyweight gain and survival rate increased, meanwhile the ratio of feed to flesh decreased from week 1 to week 3. Spleen index and thymus index in the group at low concentration were significant higher (P 〈0.01 ) than that of the control when the broilers were one -week -old. At week 2, spleen index and thymus index of broilers in the group at medium and high concentration were obviously lower (P 〈0.05) than that of the control. At week 3, spleen index of broilers in the trial groups were significantly higher (P 〈0.05) than that of the control; thymus index of broilers in the group at low concentration was significantly higher (P 〈0.05) than that of the control, while that of the group at high concentration was obviously (P〈0.01) higher than that of the control. It is concluded that CEOL at different concentrations can affect the performance, spleen index and thymus index of broilers at different week -old and different immune stages.
