滴鼻灵滴鼻对变应性鼻炎患者血清白细胞介素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察滴鼻灵滴鼻对变应性鼻炎患者血清白细胞介素的影响。方法变应性鼻炎患者28例,予滴鼻灵滴鼻治疗2周。记录治疗前后症状、体征的变化情况,按海口会议标准进行评分及疗效评定。同时检测各例患者治疗前后血清IL3、IL5水平,与正常对照组22例进行比较。结果显效25例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率96.4%。变应性鼻炎患者血清IL3、IL5水平较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01);经滴鼻灵治疗后,血清IL3、IL5明显下降(P<0.01),接近正常对照组P>0.05)。结论滴鼻灵可能通过调控患者机体免疫功能对变应性鼻炎发挥较好的治疗效应。Objective To observe the effects of Dibiling Nasal Drops （DND） on IL-3 and IL-5 levels in the serum of patients with allergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods Included in this study were 28 cases with AR and were treated by DND nasal dropping for 2 weeks. Before and after the therapy,the changes in their symptoms and signs were observed and compared, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated based on a scoring system. Meanwhile, their serum levels of IL-3 and IL-5 were determined before and after the therapy, with a comparison with that of healthy controlling group （HCG） composed of 22 persons by the end of therapy. Results It was shown that 25 cases were significantly effective, 2 was effective, and 1 ineffective among these cases, with a total effective rate of 96. 4%. The serum levels of IL-3 and IL-5 were significantly elevated in this group of patients before the therapy, with very significant differences when compared that of HCG （P〈0.01）. In contrast, the serum levels of IL-3 and IL-5 were significantly decreased among them by the end of therapy by DND,with no significant differences between these cases and the healthy parsons （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion It should be true that DND bring about ideal therapeutic effect on AR through regulating the immune function of patients with AR.
