摘 要:本研究观察大剂量X射线照射雄性大鼠72h后免疫和内分泌等组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平及超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Se-GSH-Px)活性的变化。结果发现,胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺和肝脏LPO水平随照射剂量的增加而增高;脾脏和肝脏CuZn-SOD活性在4Gy以上剂量照射后即升高,但在10Gy照后增高明显;胸腺和脾脏Se-GSH-Px活性在4Gy以上剂量照射后即明显高于对照组,睾丸Se-GSH-Px活性也有增高趋势,其中10Gy组增高明显;但是。The present study was designed to observe lipoid peroxide (LPO) levels and CuZn superoxide dismutase (CuZn SOD) and Se glutathione peroxidase (Se GSH Px) activities of immune and endocrine tissues in male rats after X irradiation at 4-10 Gy. LPO levels in thymus, spleen, adrenal and liver increased with increase of doses. Spleen and liver CuZn SOD activities increased after irradiation at 4 Gy or more, and significantly in 8 Gy or 10 Gy groups. Thymus and spleen Se GSH Px activities after 4 Gy or more irradiation were significantly higher than that in 0 Gy group. Testis Se GSH Px activity also tends to increase after irradiation, and significantly in 10 Gy group. But, thymus CuZn SOD and adrenal gland Se GSH Px activities decreased after 4 Gy or more irradiation. The above mentioned results are further discussed. (
