摘　　要：水资源的稳定、安全是社会经济发展的前提。流域生态环境安全是确保水资源的关键。本文就从这一视野来考察“大珠三角”与“红三角”区域社会经济关系,进而提出东江、北江流域统筹发展的一点想法。water stability, security is the prerequisite for socio- economic development. Ecological and environmental safety is the key to ensuring water. From this perspective to his work on the Greater pearl trigonometry and the ＂red triangle＂ of regional socio - economic relations, leading to the Dongjiang and Beijiang River Basin.
