氯沙坦对老年高血压病患者肾功能的影响

摘　　要：观察氯沙坦对30例老年高血压病患者的降压作用,及对血清脂质、尿酸代谢、肾功能等的影响。患者停用以往降压药物,采用自身对照法,给予氯沙坦片(20—50)mg/d,治疗4周后测定24h血压、尿蛋白、血尿酸、血脂、血钾及空腹血糖浓度,以及肌酐、尿素氮含量。患者血压从(23.45±0.2/16.77±4.19)kPa,降至(13.1±1.19/12.43±0.03)kPa,24h尿蛋白、肌酐清除率下降;血尿酸亦显著降低,血清脂质、尿素氮、肌酐、血钾、空腹血糖均无明显改变。氯沙坦对老年高血压病患者有良好的降压作用,且能促进其尿酸排泄,降低血尿酸浓度,对肾功能无不良影响。To investigat the effect of Losartan potassium on blood pressure,blood lipid,blood uric acid and kidney function of 30 elderly hypertensive patients, selfcontrol design was adopted, these patients ended previous drugs for lowering blood pressure, Losartan was given at the dosage of （25-50） mg/d, changes in blood pressure in 24 h,urinary protein in 24 h,serum levels of uric acid, lipid, potassium, urea nitrogen, creatinine and blood fasting glucose were evaluated after treatment for 4 weeks. The blood pressure dropped from （23.45 ±0.2/16.77 ±4. 19） to （13.1± 1.19/12.43 ±0.03 ）kPa,urinary protein in 24 h, endogenous creatinine clearance test, serum levels of uric acid were decreased significantly, serum levels of lipid, potassium, urea nitrogen, creatinine and blood glucose were not changed significantly by losartan treatment, losartan has a good effect on elderly hypertensive patients, increases clearance of uric acid, decreased serum levels of uric acid, doesn＇ t have bad effect on kidney function.
