摘　　要：目的 建立哌噻嗪（皮波梯尔注射液，piportil L4 ampoule）中哌泊噻嗪棕榈酸酯的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法 采用氰基键合硅胶色谱柱，以乙腈-0．02mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾-10％四甲基氢氧化铵（60：40：1）并用磷酸调节pH7．0为流动相，流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长266nm。结果 在5～250mg·L^-1。内呈良好线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．7％，RSD为1．3％。结论 本方法灵敏度高，操作简便，结果准确.OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of pipotiazine palmitate in pipotiazine injection. METHODS With a CN analytical column , the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-10% tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide（60： 40：1 ）, adjusted to pH 7.0 with phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and UV detector wavelength was at 266 nm. RESULTS A good linear relationship was obtained in the concentration range of 5 - 250 mg·L^-1, the average recovery was 99.5%, and relative standard deviation was 1.1%. CONCLUSION The method is high sensitivity, simple and accurate.
