摘 要:目的:探讨磁共振脑血管成像(MRA)技术要点及其在急性脑梗死诊治中临床应用价值。方法:对76例急性脑梗死患者行MRA扫描并对图像作MIP重建。结果:76例均获得了清晰的血管图像,其中颅内大血管主干正常36例,主干及(或)分支狭窄30例,其中狭窄合并动脉瘤3例,烟雾病5例,动静脉畸形5例。结论:常规MRA具有无辐射、无创伤及不用对比剂等优点,成像效果与数字减影血管造影(DSA)相仿,对缺血性脑血管病的防治有极大的临床应用价值。Objective Discuss the key points of Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA) technology and its clinical application value in the cure of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Reconstruct the MRA images of 76 patient examples with acute cerebral infarction patients. Results All 76 examples obtain clear blood vessel images. 36 examples are normal with main stem of intracranial great vessel. 30 examples are reported with main stem and/or branches stenosis, among which there are 3 examples of stenosis complication aneurysm, 5 examples of smog disease, 5 examples of arteriovenous malformation Conclusion Normal MRA has the advantage of non-radiation, non-trauma and comparison solvent desuetude. Its imaging effect is similar with DSA. It has great clinical application value for the prevention and cure of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
