摘  要:目的:研究诺迪康(nuodikang,NDK)胶囊对离体大鼠胸主动脉血管环的作用及其作用机制。方法:制取Wistar大鼠胸主动脉血管环,采用离体血管实验方法,经生物信号采集与分析系统测定血管环张力的变化。结果:①NDK对血管环具有明显的直接舒张作用;②NDK能明显减小氯化钾刺激血管环引起的收缩幅度;③NDK在含氯化钾(60 mmol/L)的无钙Krebs-Henseleit灌注液(K-H液)孵浴血管环后对氯化钙以累积浓度所引起的收缩具有抑制作用。结论:NDK可能通过调节钙通道而抑制胸主动脉血管环收缩。Objective:To investigate the effects of Nuodikang on isolated rat thoracic aorta and study its possible mechanisms. Methods:The isolated thoracic aortas removed from Wistar rats were prepared in the circular form and studied in isolated organ bath. Isometric tensions of the vascular rings were measured with biological signal analytical system. Rcsult:①The direct relaxation effect of NDK on vascular rings was observed. ②The contraction of the vascular rings induced by potassium chloride was significantly inhibited by NDK. ③When the vascular rings were pre-incubated with NDK and potassium chloride (60 mmol/L)in K- H fluid free calcium, the contraction of the vascular rings induced by cumulative calcium chloride was inhibited. Conclusion: Nuodikang could inhibit the contraction of the vascular rings through adjusting calcium channels.
