摘 要:采用TSSG法生长出尺寸为15mm×18mm×25mm的Er3+/Yb3+:KY(WO4)2晶体,XRD分析表明所生长的晶体为β-Er/Yb:KYW。对晶体进行了TG-DTA分析,结果表明晶体的相转变温度和熔点分别为1031℃和1067℃。测得晶体的红外和拉曼光谱,并对峰值与相应的原子基团振动进行了指认。测得样品的吸收光谱,结果表明晶体在380nm,525nm,933nm和981nm处都存在较强的吸收峰,并计算出主峰981nm的吸收截面积σabs=3.2×10-20cm2。分别用激发源为488nm和978nm对晶体进行了荧光光谱测试,并测得978nm激发时荧光寿命为4.8ms。对比分析表明在Er:KYW中掺入Yb3+作为敏化离子是可行的,能够提高对泵浦光吸收,有利于得到更强的1540nm的激光。In this paper, Er^3+/Tb^3+:KY(WO4)2 laser crystal with size 15 mm × 18 mm × 25 mm was grown by TSSG method. The crystal was identified as β-Er/Yb:KYW by XRD analysis. The transition temperature and melting point were 1031 ℃ and 1067℃ by TG-DTA curve, respectively. The infrared spectra and Raman spectra of crystal were measured, and vibration frequencies of infrared and Raman active modes for Er/Yb:KYW crystal were assigned. According to the absorption spectrum of sample, there existed four strong peaks at 380 nm, 525 nm, 933 nm and 981 nm, and the absorption cross section was 3.2× 10^-20 cm^2 at a main peak of 981 nm. Fluorescence spectrum of the crystal was measured by excitation sources of 488 nm and 978 nm, respectively, and the lifetime of ^4I13/2 was 4.8 ms, with showed that Yb^3+ as sensitization doped in Er:KYW crystal was proper for absorbing pump light and obtaining strong laser of 1540 nm.
