阴茎背侧纵行带蒂包皮瓣在尿道下裂修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价阴茎背侧纵行带蒂包皮瓣尿道成形术在尿道下裂修复中的应用及疗效;方法:采用改进的阴茎背侧纵形带蒂包皮瓣尿道下裂修复术治疗26例有阴茎弯曲,背侧包皮丰富的中、近段尿道下裂。结果:随访3个月～1年,26例患者手术后全部一次成功。术后排尿顺利,尿线正常,外形接近正常。一次手术成功率达100%。结论:阴茎背侧纵行带蒂包皮瓣尿道下裂修复术是有阴茎弯曲,背侧包皮丰富的中、近段尿道下裂理想的手术方式。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of urethroplasty, this was operated by the utilization of longitudinal preputial island flaps of dorsum penis. Methods The operation was made in 26 boys at the age of 1.8 years to 10 years. And the mean age was 3.5 years. These cases were all belonged to midrange and proximal hypospadias with phallocampsis. The prepuce of dorsum penis was enough to do this operation. Results We did the follow-up to all cases in 3 month to one year. There were no urinary fistula and stenosis and other complications in any one case of these hypospadias. They all urinated fluently and the urinary stream was normal without urethra-expanded. The achievement ratio of this one-stage correction was 100 percent in these all cases. Conclusion The urethroplasty of this one-stage correction by utilization of longitudinal preputial island flaps was a successful modus operandi for hypospadias. Especially for midrange and proximal hypospadias with phallocampsis, and the cases had enough prepuce in dorsum penis.
