摘 要:用自制的一台模拟试验装置研究了连铸结晶器中渣膜的热传导行为。测定了结晶器与凝固坯壳之间渣膜的有效导热系数及界面的接触热阻:高温下渣膜的有效导热系数大致为4~5W·m-1·K-1,结晶器与渣膜层界面问存在的热阻相当于94~149μm的空气间隙。A simulated appartus is designed for measuring the heat transfer through the layer of continuouns casting flux between the mold and the solidified shell,and it is used to study the heat transfer behavior of flux film in the continuous casting mold. The effective thermal conductivity coefficient of flux film between the mold and the flux film,and the contact thermal resistance of the interface of flux film have been measured,and the flux film's effective thermal condutivity coefficient has been calculated to be about 4~5W·m-1·K-1,an interfacial thermal resistance corresponding to the air gap with width of 94~149μm is observed.
