摘　　要：目的观察置换肽(APL)对豚鼠银屑病样模型表皮增殖的治疗作用。方法采用心得安法制备豚鼠耳廓银屑病样模型,APL外涂给药,免疫组化法检测皮损中细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)变化并评价疗效。结果APL组动物银屑病样改变的好转程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论提示APL具有促进豚鼠银屑病样模型康复的作用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of APL on epiderm proliferation of psoriasis-like model of guinea pig. Methods Propranolol was applied to make the psoriasis-like model of guinea pig. We topically applied APL on the ears of guinea pig and detected the expression of PCNA by immunohistochemistry method. Results Psoriasis-like model of guinea pig in APL group had a faster recovery than that of the controls （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion It suggested that APL could improve the recovery of psoriasis-like model of guinea pig.
