摘  要:目的:决明子不同部位提取物对高血脂动物总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的调节作用。方法:实验于2003-05/2006-04在兰州大学生命科学学院和甘肃政法学院公安分院实验中心完成。①选用普通级20周龄大耳白兔50只,雌雄不拘,体质量1.8~2.0kg。按随机数字表法将动物分为5组,每组10只:水提取物组、乙酸乙酯提取物组、正丁醇提取物组、对照组和模型组。对照组动物喂基础饲料50g/(kg·d),其余各组均喂等量由质量分数0.8基础饲料,质量分数0.15蛋黄粉,质量分数0.005胆固醇,质量分数0.05猪油组成的高脂饲料进行建模。建模成功后,水提取物组、乙酸乙酯提取物组、正丁醇提取物组灌胃相应决明子提取物5.4g/(kg·d),由兰州大学生命科学学院完成决明子提取,将决明子(购自甘肃省医药材公司),加蒸馏水回流煮沸,过滤,滤液浓缩后,分别用乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取。分成乙酸乙酯层、正丁醇层和水层3个部分,即为相应的提取物;对照组和模型组灌胃等量蒸馏水。连续给药28d。②于建模前、建模后、给药后14,28d用日立7020全自动生化分析仪测定总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。③采用DUNNETT单因素方差分析对数据进行统计处理。结果:日本大耳白兔50只均进入结果分析。①建模后,动物血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比建模前显著升高(P<0.01),建模成功。②给药14d后,水提取物组动物血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量比建模后分别降低了42.5%,58.3%,42.5%(P<0.01);乙酸乙脂提取物组分别降低了45.8%,66.7%,45.0%(P<0.01);正丁醇提取物组分别降低了56.7%,75.0%,52.9%(P<0.01)。给药组之间,正丁醇提取物组血总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量比水提取物组分别降低了24.6%,40.0%,28.3%(P<0.01);比乙酸乙酯提取物组分别降低了20.0AIM: To study the regulating effect of cassia tora extracts on the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the animals with hyperlipemia. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in School of Life Sciences, Lanzhou University and Experimental Center of Public Security, Gansu Political Science and Law Institute from May 2003 to April 2006. ①Totally 50 white rabbits of 20 weeks old, 1.8-2.0 kg weight and either gender were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 in each group, namely aqueous extract group, ethyl acetate extract group, n-butyl alcohol extract group, control group and model group. Control group was fed with 50 g/kg normal forage everyday, while other four groups were given with high-fat diet consisting of normal forage in 0.8 mass fraction (MF), yolk powder in 0.15 MF, cholesterol in 0.005 MF and lard in 0.05 MF. After successful modeling, three extract groups were perfused intragastilcally with 5.4 g/kg cassia tora extracts everyday, which was purchased by Gansu Provincial Herbs Company and offered by School of Life Sciences, Lanzhou University after refluence and boiling with distilled water, filtering and concentration, as well as extractions of ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol. Control group and model group were perfused intragastrically with the same volume of distilled water. Intervention was kept for 28 continuous days.②Before and after modeling, on days 14 and 28 after administration, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were determined with type-7020 full-automatic biochemical instruments (Japan Hitachi).③Measurement date were compared with Dunnett single factor analysis of varlance RESULTS: Totally 50 Japanese white rabbits entered the final analysis.① The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were significantly higher after modeling (P 〈 0.01), suggesting the successful modeling.②After 14-28 days of giving cassia tora exacts, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C of aqueous extract group de
