交联丝素凝胶制备条件的分析

摘　　要：以二缩水甘油基乙醚(PGDE)为交联剂,制备了具有交联结构的丝素凝胶。用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析不同制备条件,如丝素蛋白质量分数、交联剂PGDE体积分数、NaCl质量分数以及反应温度等对丝素凝胶热稳定性的影响。结果表明:丝素凝胶的热分解温度峰值随着丝素蛋白质量分数的增加、反应温度的升高而上升;随着交联剂PGDE体积分数的增加,NaCl质量分数的增加而呈现先增加后又逐渐下降的趋势。Cross-linked fibroin gel was prepared with polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether （PGDE） as crosslinking agent. The thermal stability of fibroin gel as a function of fibroin concentration, PGDE concentration, NaCl concentration, and reaction temperature was measured by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） analysis. The results indicated that the thermal decomposition temperature keeps rising with the increase of fibroin concentration and reaction temperatures, and as the concentration of PGDE and NaCl increases, it goes up to a certain extent, then drops slowly.
