胃术后经鼻肠管早期肠内营养支持的护理

摘　　要：目的对胃手术后患者,行经鼻肠管肠内营养支持治疗,探索其科学合理的护理方法,为临床护理提供指导。方法对52例胃手术后患者,行经鼻肠管肠内营养支持治疗,观察营养状况指标及免疫功能指标的变化。结果全部病例营养治疗顺利,营养状况及免疫功能指标较术前明显提高,未发生护理并发症。结论经鼻肠管肠内营养支持治疗对胃手术后患者是安全、有效的营养方式,合理的护理对保证其成功实施具有重要作用。Objective To search for the equitable way guiding the clinical nursing, for the gastrectomy patient supplied enteral nutriition by nasointestinal tube. Methods Study the nutritional status and the index of immune function from the 52 cases of the gastrectomy patient supplied enteral nutrition by nasointestinal tube. Results All case of the nutritional status and the index of immune function are increased evidently, compared with the those of preoperation. Conclusion The method after gastrectomy enteral nutrition by nasointestinal tube is a safe and efficacious nutrition method. It is an important effect to reasonable nursing.
