摘　　要：根据巨厚新生界松散层所覆盖煤田的沉积特征及水文地质特征,依据《矿井地质规程》和“三下”采煤规程,在充分论证并科学计算的基础上,通过缩小防水煤柱开采,对1214(3)上工作面含水层下开采进行可行性研究。The great thick new emerging group loose level institute covers the coal field, according to its deposition characteristic and the hydrology geological feature, rests on ＂Mine Pit Geology Regulations＂ and Mine Regulations in three special condition; the mining coal regulations, in abundant proof and in science computation foundation, through reduction waterproofing coal column mining. According to 1214（3）, under the working surface water-bearing stratum will mine conducts the feasibility study.
