摘　　要：简单介绍了对原立式钻床Z5030A进行的机械改进和电气改进,详细阐述了利用PLC给工件自动定位的方法。改造后的钻床,通过输入界面输入加工参数后,按起动按钮,就可自动完成钻床的智能钻孔功能。文中给出了机械改进示意图,PLC的电气硬件图,主程序框图及部分子程序。The mechanical and electrical improvement to Z5030A upright drill press is introduced in brief and the way how to realize automatic orientation by PLC is also illustrated in details. The improved drill press can accomplish intelligent drills function after inputting parameters though interface and pressing start button. The sketch map of mechanical improvement, the electrical hardware plan of PLC, the frame of main program and partly subprogram are showed in the paper.
