摘　　要：为了用好上海太平洋清梳联合机,根据该联合机的单机配置及其特点,在给出各单机主要工艺参数及半成品、成品质量的基础上,重点介绍了管理要求、工艺改进、自调匀整的调节、配棉要求等方面的技术措施,认为只要合理选配原料,可有效控制成纱的棉结;同时要注意滤尘设备的维护,以保证清梳联合机的正常运行。To use Shanghai Pacific Ocean blowing-carding unit effectively, technology measures such as management demands, processing innovation, autoleveler adjusting, cotton assorting demands and so on were introduced mainly on the base of getting processing parameters, semi-finished goods quality and product quality of single machine according to the configuration and speciality of the blowing-carding unit. The result shows that choosing raw materials reasonably can control yarn neps effectively, and maintenance of filter equipment can guarantee the operation of blowing-carding unit.
