摘　　要：作为能创造“第三利润源”的现代物流业正在我国兴起,但决定其发展的瓶颈是其信息化程度。本文从系统的角度分析了第三方物流的业务系统及其结构,并着重介绍了一套基于Web已经成功开发的第三方物流资源计划(LRP)软件系统———InterL-RP的结构设计与功能实现。The modem Logistics as may make ＂the Third Profit Resource＂ is now rising in our country,but the bottleneck of deciding its development is the degree of its informationize. This paper analyses the operation system and its structure of third-part logistics from the view of system,and describes focused on the strucure＇s designing and the functions＇s realization of InterLRP a suit of third-part logistics resource planning（LRP） software system that has been developed successfully based on Web.
