摘 要:以F2代甘蓝品种P 192和P 194为材料,研究了激素、温度、光照、活性炭及取材部位对甘蓝花药愈伤组织诱导培养的影响。结果表明,2,4-D在甘蓝花药诱导培养中具有重要作用,各激素组合中以2.0 m g/L 2,4-D+2.0 m g/L KT处理的诱导率最高,达到41.67%;在甘蓝花药培养前对花蕾同时进行低温预处理3 d、高温预培养3 d和初期暗培养处理3 d的效果较任何一种单独处理效果好,其诱导率为25.00%;添加活性炭的诱导率较不添加活性炭略低;同一生长时期同一植株的不同部位的材料对甘蓝花药诱导培养无显著影响。Using hybrids of F2 P192 and P194 as the materials ,effects of factors ,such as hormone,temperature and light ,active carbon and material positions on induction culture of cabbage anther were studied. The results showed that :2,4-D had important effect on anther induction culture. Hormone composition of 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L and KT 2.0 mg/L was best to promote induction culture among all hormone compositions,and its induction rate was 41.67%. The composition treatment with low temperature pretreatment, pre-culture at high temperature and darkness culture at initial stage was better than any kind alone to process before anther culture of cabbage,its induction rate was 25.00%. Induction rate of active carbon treatment was lower than that of contrast treatment slightly. Materials gotten from different positions of the same plant at the same growth period had no significant influence on induction culture.
